KAPPA Students Launch Can You See My Screen?

KAPPA Students Launch _Can You See My Screen?_

What is the digital divide? How does the lack of digital equity impact students doing remote learning? What could the future of digital learning look like?

Students from the KAPPA International High School recently collaborated with CUP and Teaching Artist Stephanie Eche to investigate how the sudden switch to remote learning during the pandemic has impacted students and families, especially those from low-income communities of color.

The students designed remote learning environments, created mixed media artworks, and also interviewed policy makers and community organizers. The team gathered what they learned and created Can You See My Screen?, a foldout poster that teaches others what students learned about the digital divide and how we might close the gap.
