Launch event for ¡No me han pagado!

Launch event for _¡No me han pagado!_

¡No me han pagado!, our new Public Access Design project, made its debut last week in a booklet launch celebration.

CUP staff, designer Caroline Oh, and New Immigrant Community Empowerment (NICE) members and staff briefly spoke on the design process and how the tool helps day laborers fight against wage theft.

NICE plans to distribute over 2,000 booklets in day laborer corners throughout Queens, workers centers in the city, and in the state. NICE will also use ¡No me han pagado! as an organizing tool to strengthen state wage theft laws and protections for day laborers.

Find out more about the project and get your own copy here!
